Housekeeping 👍👍👍
Had a wonderful time in the conrad hotel in the etihad tower! A special thanks to george, who made sure every day that our room was perfectly tidy and clean. We have rarely experienced such attentive and dedicated room service.

Impressive
Impressive towers, nice viewpoint from the hotel and park area with fountains in front. Good quick stop but nothing too mind blowing

A Truly Unforgettable Stay at Etihad Towers – Especially Level 45
From the moment we stepped into Etihad Towers, we were completely taken in. The hotel lobby alone is stunning and really set the tone for what turned out to be one of the most memorable stays we’ve had anywhere.
At check-in, we were greeted by Rizwan and Ronald, who were both incredibly professional, well-spoken, and genuinely helpful. They made the whole process quick and smooth, helped us get settled into the perfect rooms, and even arranged a late check-out without any hassle.
Dining at Rosewater was another highlight. Big thanks to Jitendra Singh and Roshni for preparing such delicious dishes, and to Pankaj for the warm, attentive service—he always made sure our requests were taken care of. Niruta and Tinto also greeted us with such friendliness every time; it genuinely made us feel welcome.
The absolute standout of our trip, though, was our time at Level 45. The views are jaw-dropping, of course, but what made it truly special was the team. Anold, Jimmy, Eneless, Neha, Moch, Anugrah, and Jeyad created a space that felt more like a private, luxurious retreat than just a lounge. The food and drinks were excellent, and everything was served with such attention to detail. More importantly, every team member made an effort to connect with us—it felt personal, not just polite. We ended up spending more time there than we originally planned simply because we loved the atmosphere so much.
Room service was also great & special thanks to Ariff, who was always prompt, polite, and on point with every order.
What really set this stay apart was the people. It’s easy to be impressed by the building itself, but what makes Etihad Towers special is the team behind it.
The warmth and professionalism across the board—from lobby to restaurant, room service, and especially Level 45—truly made our stay exceptional.

Bitter Sweet.
Not impressed that we arrived early in the morning from the UK told our rooms would be ready and there was no other provisions made so we waited in the reception area and fell asleep. We was woken up and told we couldn't stay and sleep in that area but we had no where else to go.
On the other hand we met a lovely lady called Prima in the Rosewater restaurant who had a beautiful welcoming smile. Once she got know likes it provided without having to ask. There was nothing that Prima would not do to make our dining experience a pleasure and run smoothly. Therefore we did not want to sample any other restaurant on site because the service was GREAT! Thank you Prima, a real Ambassador to the Hilton group.
