Good to experience and see what’s inside this monument. It was amazing to finally experience and see what’s inside the Burj Al Arab. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime glimpse into luxury! The interiors are incredibly opulent, every detail radiates elegance and grandeur. A great experience to appreciate this iconic Dubai landmark up close.

We were surprised this tour existed, but we were so happy that we did it. VIP transfer across to the hotel into the elevators a tour of the Royal suite a tour of the museum and to top it off a 24 carat coffee fantastic great trip loved it.

Burj Al Arab is one of the most iconic buildings in Dubai and it is great to visit there. When I found out about this tour I thought this is something I really wanted to do on my stopover in Dubai. I knew it was not going to be cheap but was it worth it? It could have been so much better if there was more transparency about what it includes and what the tour is not. The positives: 1. Buggy ride to entrance and brief photo stop 2. Welcome on arrival with towels and welcome drink 3. Explanation about history of the hotel 4. Visit to a former royal suite (more of a museum piece) 5. Opportunity for photos in limited areas and of views 6. Arabian welcome with coffee and dates. The negatives 1. You are rushed through the main atrium and have little opportunity to take in the wow factor surroundings (we knew there was no photos in those ares) 2. You feel you have a tour guide and then left to wander around what is really a museum area on 25th floor 3. Photo packages - prices made up as they go along and are not cheap ( I ended up buying a hard back book - lovely memory but at cost of over £100 including 10 digital photos) 4. I opted for golden cappuccino - not sure if it is a gimmick or not - on 25th floor observatory lounge, thinking this would be great to see the views. But you are on the 25th floor anyway on the tour, so its an expensive drink! 5. Not all staff were helpful, one was even rude especially when I asked for a glass of water. Expected staff working on this sort of experience to have given a far better customer experience and outstanding service, rather than really wanting you to spend even more money 6. Tour was not authentic - would have preferred if we could have seen some more of the true hotel, ie the real restaurant, a real suite that is used now (obviously not one with guests in on that day), the hotel bars etc - if this is not what we get (ie we see more of a museum), the marketing needs to be much clearer 7. We exit through a shop - more opportunities to spend money 8. Guides could have given so much more insight into the hotel, what its like to work there, stay there, the different sorts of restaurants, amenities - it was basically showing us to the exhibits, saying no photos on this floor, and giving minimal information I do not regret going but left feeling underwhelmed and the experience being very overpriced for what you got.
