Hilarious and surreal entertainment on board but it became loud and annoying after a while. Not a lot of info about what we were passing. Food was awful

CouplesWe really disappointed!
WE DO NOT recommend it! We booked Sunset Dinner Dhow Luxury Cruise run by Tour Dubai via Arabian Adventures website. We were overcharged for what turned out be a below average experience. We paid AED630 for two people for one hour cruise (without any transfers, we paid AED 260 for return taxis on top of it). The positives: the view was spectacular (but it did not depend of the tour company). And that's pretty much it. One of the serving staff Julie was nice and friendly and very efficient with her service. We arrived early and were let on the boat, which was nice of them, as it was really hot outside. On arrival no one said hello to us, just pointed to the last table to sit down. Apparently, they were stressed and waited for 3 tour groups ( as later manager explained to us their lack of hospitality after we wrote a review they asked us to do after the cruise, the manager was offering free wine to make up for it, but we don't drink alcohol, so refused and it was too late anyway, our mood was ruined). The food and presentation of it was below average, really not worth it! I checked other similar cruises, they are twice as cheap and offer 2 hours of cruise and transfers from and to hotel as well and some entertainment. All in all disappointing experience, taking into consideration that we overpaid for it as well.
