I had a fantastic experience with the Marhaba service, thanks to Ridwana (I hope I spelled her name correctly,)She was incredibly friendly and informative, making my airport experience so much smoother. Airports can be overwhelming, the lounge was clean and very relaxing. I’ll definitely be using it again!

The food options for vegetarian is not taken care off. The staff listens but I am not sure if any change will happen. The paratha and aloo chole is cold and unappealing. All bread sandwich have egg in it. They lack sensitivity to the requirement of veg and even laugh about it.

not fun. better to relax at the gate. was crowded, loud, the acoustics are bad, there were spotlights in your face everywhere, just wanted to get out of there. only good thing I can say is that the bathroom is clean and big.
