Our new lounge has now opened near Gate B15 with a whole new ambience, bringing guests enjoyable airport experience at Vancouver International Airport’s new domestic departures terminal. A comfortable and intimate space, the lounge provides all the amenities for which we are renowned. Enjoy a variety of hot and cold meals from the lounge including our signature clubhouse sandwich, mini-burgers, or pulled pork sliders as well as live cooking pasta stands with different choices of pasta sauces and Canadian famous poutine with confit meat. A varied selection of specialty coffees, teas, juices and alcoholic beverages are offered at the lounge, and for guests who want to enjoy a drink or two at the lounge, we serve alcohol after 11am. The lounge is Wi-Fi enabled and has a business centre with 4 computer workstations and telephones, to make sure that guests are able to work when on the road. Private resting areas and separate shower rooms with amenities are also available for those to enjoy and relax before a long journey.

Lounge is over crowded and furniture is dirty. We had to wait to even find two seats together. When we did find one in the bar area, the chair was dirty and the feet in the chair are imbalanced so the chair is super rocky. We used vouchers that were expiring, but would not recommend if you are travelling with others in the afternoon.
We arrived around 8:30 am and based on our experience in January at the international lounge, we were not expecting much, however the breakfast offering was incredibly fresh and abundant!! The food was of high quality, which was matched by very courteous staff! What we also appreciated was that there was plenty of comfortable seating! Well Done!

We use lounges as much as possible while we travel and have visited many all over the world. I was a little hesitant after reading reviews. Today’s experience was wonderful. The food was fresh and hot. Because of our timing we ended up having both a light breakfast and a lunch. The staff were excellent. Tables we cleared and clean efficiently. Everything here honestly was great. We were at the Edmonton lounge a few days ago (it was horrible). Can hardly believe it is the same company. Nothing but good things to be said about the lounge at the Vancouver airport domestic. Staff as I said were efficient and also very kind. Thanks!!
I visited the Plaza Premium Lounge at YVR before my flight to Calgary and was truly impressed by the service. Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff ensured all my needs were met. A special shout-out to Melanie for her outstanding service and to Irene for doing a great job.

Food was terrible, French toast was rock hard, coffee was warm, other choices limited. Staff only does the minimum required not very outreaching to make stay more welcoming. Nobody smiles. Main seating area lounge chairs are worn with tears in seats. Very expensive for what you get Only Plus side it was quiet
