The communication with the company was very efficient, as well as easy and secure form of payments Khalid, our driver was great throughout the whole trip. He is very friendly and showed us a lot. My husband and I had a 16-day tour with Authentic Berber Tours. Our driver Hamid, a Berber, was an exceptional person. He was so knowledgeable and ensured we were comfortable throughout the whole trip. The accommodation was excellent, the only place that needs some customer service was in Merzouga. We stay at the hotel one night and we didn't enjoy that experience. However, we did a 45-minute camel ride into the desert, which was a highlight, watching the sun set on a sand dune. The night in the luxury tent was an amazing experience, with the hospitality outstanding and the traditional music such an experience. As I said earlier, Hamid was a wonderful person to have, a caring and thoughtful person who always made sure we were happy.
Authentic Berber Tours provided us with an experienced, knowledgeable, safe driver: Imrane. Imrane made our 19 day trip in Morocco an experience we will never forget. From the moment Imrane met us at the airport he was a total professional. We always felt both safe and looked after by a driver who knew the roads and which ones to take. He is proudly Moroccan and this made it a joy to travel with him. Imrane was clear with us that he was not a tour guide - we did not want a tour guide - we got what we wanted and expected: a driver with a great personality who was easy to chat with, and who did not worry if we were all silent. Abdul (owner) was easy to work with including facilitating a WhatsApp call early in the booking process. And the reason we give a five star rating is he backed up this pre trip work with a world best, quality driver.

We had the most amazing experience with Authentic Berber Tours during our 11 days travelling around Morocco! Everything was organised so well, and the whole trip ran smoothly from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Iliass, our driver and guide, who was absolutely fantastic. He was so helpful, always there when we needed him, and made sure we were comfortable and happy the entire time. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Thanks to Iliass, we felt really looked after and could just relax and enjoy everything Morocco had to offer. We’re so grateful to Authentic Berber Tours and especially to Iliass for making this trip so special, we’ll never forget it! Highly recommend them if you’re planning a trip to Morocco.

We had a wonderful time driving around Morocco with Ilyass. He was extremely helpful and nice. Also very professional and always on time. We drove around quite a bit to visit many different cities and attractions starting with Ait Ben Haddou, then Rabat, Chefchaouen, Fez, Casablanca and finally Marrakech. Ilyass took care of everything so we could just relax and enjoy. He was even kind enough to coordinate with all the hotels and riads we were staying at to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. Also he was like our local guide to Morocco, recommending restaurants and things to do in every city and also had great conversations with him while driving around the beautiful country (he’s fluent in English, French and Arabic). Overall great experience dealing with these guys. They were very communicative and transparent. The 4x4 car we had was in great shape and very comfortable. And they took care of everything including fuel, tolls, parking fees. There were no headches for us or any kind of hidden charges. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Morocco 👍👍
