We had booked for the cruise named “Heaven on Sea” for 3 families totaling 11 members in the Upper Deck on the second day of Eid. The cruise was over crowded and we found no space in the upper deck in the beginning of the journey. Later they somehow managed to find some space for us. They took off 35 minutes late than they had planned the trip. Secondly is the food quality. The food was so bad. Most of the food trays were not refilled, not labeled as to what dish it was, no proper lighting in the food serving area. Such Poor service that we have never experienced before in Dubai. The cutlery was not even cleaned well. When we asked them to refill the food trays they refused to do so leaving us with no other option but to settle down with 1 or 2 option of main course. The salads and fruits were smelly and not fresh. I seriously feel that the authorities need to keep a proper check on the quality of food served and the cleanliness of the place before allowing them to continue this service. My kids and I faced tummy upsets the next day because of the food that we ate yesterday. Total Scam!
