Falsely ejected by Guardian Security! We had PROOF of our seats. Yet, staff refused to even look! My handicapped Dad was forced to walk down a ramp without assistive devices that he required to get TO his seat! We were REPEATEDLY lied to and falsely accused by Guardian employees!

We want to see the Canes v Gators last night and whilst the game was great - the organisation around the game was as bad as I have seen event planning anywhere in the world. The traffic was absolute chaos - with some lines being allowed to be free flowing and others stuck for an age. The drop off point is miles from the stadium and for visitors, there is no signage anywhere and I mean anywhere. The staff are not helpful at all and clueless about how to help! Then when leaving - trying to find an exit on foot is simply ridiculous - not a sign anywhere of how to leave. Even the hot dog we got was cold! If this is a sign of US hospitality then boy, it is not a good advert. The game and the atmosphere was amazing but we wouldn’t repeat it!
Awesome electric atmosphere for Miami vs Notre Dame, parking lot after the game was a stand still for 45 minutes though.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The owner of Hard Rock Stadium is so vindictive that he forces guests to walk miles to reach the Uber lot. Instead of making pickup and drop-off convenient, he creates a potentially dangerous situation for women and children, late at night, after concerts and games. I watched a man in a wheelchair being pushed across an unpaved, dimly lit, unmonitored lot for nearly 10 blocks after the long walk—only to end up on a random curb far from the stadium. This is not just inconvenient, it’s disgraceful. As if buying an expensive concert ticket and overpriced food isn’t enough of an investment, the owner clearly wants to squeeze every last dollar out of parking. A responsible owner would recognize that Uber and taxis prevent drunk driving and ensure fans get home safely. Young people, families, and anyone concerned about safety—beware. I will not return.
