A nice treat after a long day in Istanbul

We decided to visit last minute and used whatsapp to make the reservation. We received our confirmation number immediately and arrived at the hamam within 15 minutes. The experience was wonderful - our therapists Refisa and Meryam provided very attentive service and a special thank you to the young lady (manager) who made sure we were well taken care of. Since we arrived later in the evening, it was not busy with many guests and it did not feel crowded. Definitely recommended!

Don’t go

I went with my sister for hamam and massage. We got the VIP package for €170. The hamam was really poor, they didn’t do the exfoliation properly, foaming and the duration of the hamam was very short. The massage was terrible, she kept playing with her phone and massaging with one hand the same point. They did the massage after the hamam which was a big mistake as they severely covered our bodies with oil and there was no point of the hamam.
