دخلت صالة Plaza Premium Lounge في مطار جدة الدولي – الصالة رقم 1 للمسافرين الدوليين، وكانت تجربتي سيئة للغاية. عند الدخول، سألتني الموظفة كم من الوقت سأمكث، بحجة وجود ازدحام ورحلات أُلغيت، رغم أن الصالة كانت شبه فارغة! الطعام كان دون المستوى تمامًا: أرز "بياني" بدون دجاج، بطاطس عادية، مكرونة بصلصة بيضاء، ودجاج سيء الطعم والقوام. أما الحلويات فكانت مجرد كيك سادة بطعم سيئ، والخبز كان قديمًا، والفواكه اقتصرت على الشمام فقط. لم أتحمل الجلوس أكثر من 10 دقائق، وغادرت لأن الجلوس خارج الصالة كان أريح وأفضل. المكان صغير، والطعام والخدمة لا ترتقي إلى الحد الأدنى، خصوصًا عند المقارنة بصالات مطارات مثل I visited the Plaza Premium Lounge at Jeddah International Airport – Terminal 1 (International Departures), and it was honestly one of the worst lounge experiences I've had. Upon entering, the receptionist asked how long I planned to stay, claiming there was a crowd and canceled flights — yet the lounge was nearly empty. The food was extremely disappointing: biryani rice with no chicken, plain potatoes, overcooked pasta with white sauce, and chicken of very poor quality. The desserts were dry plain cake with terrible taste, the bread was stale, and the only available fruit was cantaloupe. I stayed for only 10 minutes before leaving — sitting outside was actually better. The lounge is small, the food and service are subpar, and the experience doesn’t come close to what lounges in airports like Dubai offer.
